The World Classroom specializes in creating project 'reality' based learning applications in foreign locations. Since The World Classroom's commencement, we have had students working with zookeepers at the San Diego Zoo and subsequent years the projects included an expedition on Mount Rainer in Seattle, engineering aircraft applications at Boeing, Global Warming Research on the Mendenhall Glacier by helicopter in Alaska, on the trail of Lewis and Clark in Montana by horseback, integrated with an Amish farming community in Ohio with no electricity and this year, in Beijing leading Asian kids through applications of western culture.
